TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — On Jan. 27, 2016, the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation’s Board of Directors awarded two-year contracts to: Argus Dental, DentaQuest and MCNA Dental. The new contracts will become effective July 1, 2016 and will include the option of two one-year renewals after the initial two-year contract period has concluded.
“We are pleased to continue our partnership with these three dental plans, all of which have proven to be committed to providing comprehensive dental care for Florida Healthy Kids families through their existing contracts,” said Wendy Link, Board Chair of the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation. “Because oral health is an instrumental factor in the all-encompassing picture of children’s health, we take pride in ensuring our enrollees are continually offered the best possible dental care.”
Florida Healthy Kids enrollees will be automatically reassigned to their current dental plan upon renewal if they do not opt to switch plans at that time. For more information about each available dental plan, families can visit www.healthykids.org/benefits/providers.
