Renewal Information

Once a year every family must renew their child's coverage. About two months before your child's renewal date, you will receive a letter from Healthy Kids and KidCare letting you know it is time to renew. Please log into your online account and click on the “Renew Now” button. You will see the most current information already filled out for you. Please be sure to complete the relationship part of the renewal form as well as any new information that needs to be updated. You will only be asked to provide us with proof of income if we could not get it by electronic data matching with other sources.

It is very important that you respond to the renewal request and provide the needed information in a timely manner. We will contact you if there are any questions about your form or if we have not heard from you. Automated phone calls to your home may also be made if we don't hear from you. We want you to get the forms in on time because your child's health is important to us.
